This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are processed for purchases made through our website, including the "Su Swasthya" E Health Card, health and wellness products, and other services.

1. Refund Policy

  • 1.1 Su Swasthya E Health Card

Refunds for the Su Swasthya E Health Card are not permitted once the card has been activated or benefits have been utilized.

If the card is not activated and the request is raised within 7 days of purchase, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable processing fees.

  • 1.2 Health and Wellness Products

Refunds for purchased products are subject to the following conditions:

The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

The refund request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Certain items, such as personal care or medical equipment, may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety concerns (specific exclusions will be noted on the product page).

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.

  • 1.3 Services

Services availed at physical chemist shops, polyclinics, or through partner brands are non-refundable unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase or booking.

  • 1.4 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 2.1 Su Swasthya E Health Card

Cancellation of the Su Swasthya E Health Card is only permitted before activation. Once activated, cancellations are not allowed.

  • 2.2 Health and Wellness Products

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. After shipment, cancellation requests will not be entertained, but customers may initiate a return as per the Refund Policy.

  • 2.3 Services

Cancellations for appointments or bookings at polyclinics or other services must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

3. Return Policy for Products

  • 3.1 Conditions for Return

Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documents.

The product must not show signs of damage, use, or tampering.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • 3.2 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item delivered.

  • 3.3 Inspection and Approval

All returned products will undergo a quality inspection. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the product meets return eligibility criteria.

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or cancellations:

Activated Su Swasthya E Health Cards.

Personal care items, medical devices, or consumables that are unsealed or used.

Products or services explicitly marked as non-refundable or non-cancellable at the time of purchase.

5. Exceptions and Disputes

For disputes or exceptions, you may contact our customer support team for resolution. The Company reserves the right to assess each case individually and make the final decision.
